Losing Weight permanently

I am sure many of you have the problem of being overweight. Although some of you accept this and live with it, many people will go to extraordinary lengths to lose weight. The causes of being overweight are mainly lifestyle related, such as overeating, too much alcohol, lack of exercise. Sometimes there are medical conditions involved in which case medical treatment must be sought.

However, for the majority of us, its purely a question of our lifestyle choices. We eat and drink too much, eat food which is not good for us, do as little exercise as possible.

We do try various weight loss methods, crash diets and exercise regimes and they generally bring temporary relief. But then the weight piles on again and we are back to square one. This is not going to be a long, boring message to send you all to sleep. I am relating the experiences of a very good friend of mine who had a serious weight problem. I am very fortunate. I am not and never have been overweight. This is partly to do with lifestyle but I think it has more to do with my family heritage. My father was like me. Never became overweight in his entire life. I do eat and drink what I like, but in moderation, never in excess.

Browsing the internet one day, I came across a website which I told my friend about. He decided to try the advice given on this website. What a difference. He dropped weight gradually and his general fitness improved dramatically. I would recommend it to anyone in this situation. The website name is www.fatlosstipsnow.com. Well worth a visit. It is not a "one off" crash diet. It is a continuous process which may involve some lifestyle changes but nothing drastic. That is all I have to say and I wish all of you the best of luck in your quest for a fitter, healthier you
